The macroscopic and microscopic effects of imidazolium ionic liquids on blood and their interactions with serum albumins

چکیده
Ionic liquids (ILs) begin to be applied in more broad scopes and even medicine steadily, so it is very necessary study their biocompatibility, bioactivity, influence on blood. For the first time, main effects of popular imidazolium ILs with common anions alkylated cations rabbit blood were explored compared comprehensively. A series key indices characteristic methods this systematic study. The thrombolytic properties vitro these interactions two kinds serum albumins also studied. This provides data lays foundation for further applications risk assessments related fields.
